Quality Control - EPA Compliance

At our family-owned and operated liquid contract manufacturing company, we have made strict and conscientious environmental management a priority. While we believe that customer-oriented liquid packaging solutions are the foundation of our business, we think great solutions don’t need to be at the expense of the environment. Our processes, procedures, staff, and solutions are all EPA compliant and everyday operations are carried out with a focus on environmental responsibility.

EPA Compliance & Our Liquid Contract Manufacturing

Protecting the health of our employees, vendors, clients, and end-users is at the core of our business. In addition to adhering to local and state guidelines and regulations, we comply with all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) laws and regulations. In fact, we have voluntarily earned ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems certification. The Internal Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001 requires that Goodwin Company implements liquid contract manufacturing processes and procedures that create an environmental management system. Part of our certification requires that we identify all aspects or our liquid packaging solutions that could have a major impact on the environment, even non-regulated processes and procedures.

Environmental stewardship, both in our immediate communities in which we live and work and the communities in which our end-users live and work, informs how we operate our two liquid contract manufacturing locations. We strive to go above and beyond laws and regulatory mandates to ensure the bulk liquids we manufacture, bottle, store, and ship are EPA compliant. The health and safety of our customers and their end-users are important to every member of our company, from our owners to our employees.

As we provide cutting-edge liquid packaging solutions for the Automotive Appearance, Automotive Additive, Household Cleaners and Industrial Cleaners industries, we are continually facing updates and revisions to EPA compliance standards. However, our customers, employees, and the communities in which we operate can be confident that we take environmental management seriously and are always finding better ways to reduce our environmental impact and protect the health of end-users.
